Booking & Cancellation Policy

By booking services with Pennywood Group LLC ("Pennywood"), you agree to the following terms. Full payment is required at booking and all sales are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including date, time, and service selection. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via the booking system or email and are effective when received. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session are fully refundable; between 3 and 7 days are 50% refundable; less than 3 days are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 days prior to the session. Requests made less than 4 days before may incur a 25% fee. Requests made less than 3 days before are treated as cancellations. Clients must join on time. If more than 10 minutes late, a 50% late fee applies. If more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Overtime is not guaranteed and, if approved, is billed in 15-minute increments and charged to the original payment method. Clients are responsible for their own equipment, internet, and access. Pennywood is not liable for client-side technical issues, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond its control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
