You can book directly on our website by selecting your service, completing the form, choosing a date and time, and completing payment. Once confirmed, you will receive your Zoom link and session details by email.

A Zoom host or moderator manages the technical and interactive aspects of your event, including admitting participants, managing chat, handling breakout rooms, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on your content.

Yes. We offer full-service Zoom event support, including setup, live hosting, technical management, and post-event coordination depending on your needs.

Yes. A Zoom link is automatically sent to your email after booking. Please use that link to join your scheduled session.

Yes. Rescheduling must be requested at least 4 days before your session. New dates must be at least 5 days out. Requests made within 5 days will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days are 50% refundable. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, a 50% late fee will be applied and your session may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and is non-refundable.

Yes, if availability allows. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments based on your original booking rate. For example, if your session is booked at $249 for 60 minutes, each additional 15 minutes will be charged proportionally based on that rate. Overtime must be approved during the session and is subject to availability.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you must notify us in advance according to the rescheduling and cancellation policy. Failure to attend your session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Services are based on the number of participants provided at the time of booking. If the number of participants exceeds what was originally agreed upon, additional fees will apply to account for the increased level of coordination and support required. Any adjustments in participant count should be communicated in advance whenever possible. Additional charges will be applied during or after the session if limits are exceeded.

Please review your confirmation email, test your Zoom access, and ensure you are prepared to join on time. For larger events, additional preparation may be required in advance.
